1. Order Cancellation
a. Before Shipment:
You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at support@back2organic.farm or call us at [Your Phone Number]. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process your refund.
b. After Shipment:
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process (see below). In this case, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Some products, such as perishable goods, custom orders, or clearance items, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product details for specific return eligibility.
b. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@back2organic.farm or call us at [Your Phone Number]. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us. We will initiate refund with in 1-3 Days.
c. Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Refunds
a. Processing Time:
